Joel Sherman’s Ultra-marathon Process
The Mountain Masochist Trail Run is a 50 mile ultra in Madison, Virginia. The footage is from the most recent race in November of 2019.
Joel was the youngest person to complete the race this year in 65th place with a time of 11:08:50.
